4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment

Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise specified. Spaces in our programs are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• Payment is due at time of enrollment unless payment plans are arranged
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed enrollments honor the original price

4.3 Payment Plans

Payment plans may be available for certain programs. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension from the program without refund.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by You

• More than 14 days before start: Full refund minus $50 administrative fee
• 7-14 days before start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before start: No refund
• After course begins: No refund unless exceptional circumstances

5.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.

5.3 Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for first-time participants. If you're not satisfied after the first session, we'll provide a full refund.

6. Course Policies and Expectations

6.1 Attendance

• Regular attendance is essential for program success
• Missed sessions may be made up subject to availability
• Persistent absence may result in program dismissal without refund

6.2 Conduct

All participants must:

• Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect
• Arrive punctually and prepared
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal information
• Follow all facility rules and safety guidelines

6.3 Recording and Photography

Video recording for training purposes requires explicit consent. Personal recording devices may not be used without permission from all participants and instructors.

All training materials, curricula, websites content, and methodologies are our intellectual property and protected by copyright laws. You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission
• Use our training methods for commercial purposes

Training materials provided to you are for personal use only and may not be shared with others not enrolled in the program.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative delivery methods.

11. Corporate Training Terms

Corporate training programs are subject to separate agreements that may modify these terms. Custom pricing and terms will be outlined in your training proposal.

11.2 Minimum Participants

Corporate programs may require minimum participant numbers. Programs may be rescheduled if minimum requirements are not met.
